Rashad Nasirov — Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting CJSC

Rashad Nasirov was born in Baku on 24 July 1977.

In 1994 he finished Baku city secondary school No 39, in 1999 completed bachelor degree and in 2001 master degree in art criticism at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art. During 2002-2005 Rashad studied at Baku State University, the faculty of International Law - International relations.

Worked at ANS, Lider TV channels and Ictimai Television (Public Television).

From 2010 he held the positions of chief editor for Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting CJSC and director of the studio for “Xeberler” news programs.

Upon the President’s Order dated 5 may 2015, Rashad was appointed the Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting CJSC.

Married with 2 children.
